RENEW YOUR MEMORIZED SELF

”And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.“

GOOD DAY: We each have our memorized self. What is this memorized self? It is the way that you automatically or intuitively respond to life issues or call it your nature. We gather this self from all we learn while we are growing up. When growing up, we all learn to hate those who hate us; we learn survival of the fittest; we learn an eye for an eye; we learn the winner takes all and so many other ways of the world that make living quite difficult and that don't foster peace and instead of the good quality of life we expect. We soon discover that living by the memorized self hardly gives us the rest and peace we desire. We may win all the battles, but then we are not satisfied. 

If your life is full of struggles, then you need to see your memorized self and renew it with the word of God. Things may be rough outside but a person with the mind of God will have peace inside. Quality of life is determined from the inside. You may be poor but have a good quality of life with rest and peace while a rich person with a bad quality of life will be envying you. Check your memorized self and work on it to have a good quality of life. 

PRAY: Dear God, thank You for giving us the guide to live a peaceful life no matter what the outer world is bringing.
