March 27.      1 Samuel ch 7-9

REWARD ON INVESTMENT: LIFESTYLE COUNTS. 

”You cannot fool God, so don't make a fool of yourself! You will harvest what you plant. If you follow your selfish desires, you will harvest destruction, but if you follow the Spirit, you will harvest eternal life.“

‭‭Galatians‬ ‭6‬:‭7‬-‭8‬ ‭CEV‬‬

GOOD DAY. No one can harvest what he has not planted. If you want oranges, you must plant oranges. If you want favour, you must plant favour. If you want love, you must plant love. If you want corruption and destruction, you must plant your selfish desires. If you want life, you sow to the Spirit by obeying His leading. In short, whatever rules in your heart and life will give you a rich reward of its fruit. A man followed side chicks when he was young and didn't pay attention to his wife's feelings. He had a stroke at sixty years and he expected love and attention from his wife and children. Yes, they gave him his money but not what he wanted most, LOVE AND ATTENTION. When her friends ask the wife to pay more attention to him, she would reply that her husband does not appreciate attention. What he appreciates is spending money and she is spending all his money on him. The investment in side ‘chics’ to the detriment of a man’s family gives the harvest of loneliness when it would matter most in a man’s life. You see, in lifestyle, what you give to people is what you get from them. Also what you put in a venture is what you get from it. If you put diligence, attention and your best to your venture, it will yield a reward of excellence and success for you. LIFESTYLE COUNTS. IT IS THE  TYPE THAT YOU SOW YOU WILL REAP. GOD IS NOT MOCKED.  

PRAY: Dear Lord, even when it becomes difficult, help me to keep sowing to the spirit that I may reap the reward of life.
