February 27.    DEUTERONOMY 11-13

SOURCE OF INFORMATION 

”You brood of vipers, how can you, being evil, speak what is good? For the mouth speaks out of that which fills the heart. The good man brings out of his good treasure what is good; and the evil man brings out of his evil treasure what is evil.“

GOOD DAY: A brother commented on yesterday's post saying “Our dominating thoughts get/give expression to the spirit within us, good or bad.” If you ruminate over this comment, you will hit the foundation of spirituality and it will be difficult for anyone to manipulate or deceive you. From where do you get the information that forms your thoughts? 

The first and default source is the world. I won't call it the devil but such information gives us its fruit which are negative emotions the mother of which is fear. Information from the world is fact and keeps changing. 

The second source of information is the word of God. It is permanent and the fruit of it is peace, love, joy and confidence to mention a few. The information you store in your heart is what gains expression in your words and situations around you. To change your situation, change the words that you store in your heart. 

Tomorrow, we shall look at some specifics of operating in the spirit realm. 

PRAY: Dear Lord, help me to make You dominate my thoughts so that I will be an expression of You always.
