SHARPEN YOUR FAITH

““Look at the proud one, His soul is not right within him, But the righteous will live by his faith [in the true God].”‭ ‭Habakkuk‬ ‭2‬:‭4‬ ‭AMP‬‬

GOOD DAY: When I read of wealthy and comfortable people saying God does not exist, I can understand a bit. This is because they have access to all worldly things they can desire and until something money can't buy or fix happens to them, they do not acknowledge God. But it should get scary when the poor begin to doubt the existence of God because they are not experiencing God like their teachers do rather their teachers feed on them and call it God. When they too will start finding others to feed on, then even their teachers will not be safe.

Listen, the man of God is human like you and he has the same basic needs that you have. If using you to meet his needs and desires is possible and easy, he will do it. This is not how God ordains it to be but human nature makes it so. Look at the above scripture, it says the soul of the proud is not right within him but the just shall live by his faith. You have to live by your faith. Your faith will take you from level to level and teach you how to overcome all obstacles. Times are tough but the just shall survive by his faith. How is your faith? Faith for living is a personal spiritual commodity that you have to fan and build yourself. Every person is given a measure of faith. “For I say, through the grace that was given me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but so to think as to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to each man a measure of faith.”

You then have to develop this measure of faith. Read your bible, practice what you understand as you read, pray and fellowship with like minded people. One important thing I have come to know is that you must observe things that weaken your faith and avoid them. I am so mindful of things I hear because they either strengthen or weaken my faith. God exists but you have to personally build your knowledge of Him.
