WHAT DO YOU SEE?
June 16. Psalms ch 103-105
WHAT DO YOU SEE?
And the word of the Lord came to me, saying, “Jeremiah, what do you see?” And I said, “I see an almond branch.” Then the Lord said to me, “You have seen well, for I am watchinog over my word to perform it.” Jeremiah 1:11-12 ESV
GOOD DAY: The eye is an important organ of the body. It is with the eye that we decipher direction, appreciate beauty, and identify whatever is presented to us. I cannot list the importance of the eye enough. It is so important that Jesus warned us about the state of the eye.
Your eye is the lamp of your body. When your eye is healthy, your whole body is full of light, but when it is bad, your body is full of darkness. Therefore be careful lest the light in you be darkness. Luke 11:34-35 ESV
Now what do I see?
I SEE:
And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28 ESV
I see all things working together for your good for you as you love God.
I SEE:
Then Harbona, one of the eunuchs in attendance on the king, said, “Moreover, the gallows that Haman has prepared for Mordecai, whose word saved the king, is standing at Haman’s house, fifty cubits high.” And the king said, “Hang him on that.”
Esther 7:9 ESV
I see those planning your downfall fall by the very plan they intended for you.
I SEE
And Moses said to the people, “Fear not, stand firm, and see the salvation of the Lord, which he will work for you today. For the Egyptians whom you see today, you shall never see again. The Lord will fight for you, and you have only to be silent.”
Exodus 14:13-14 ESV
You are holding your peace and God is fighting those fighting with you until you see their trouble no more.
PRAY: Thank You dear Lord for opening my eyes to see victory for all your troubled children. Help them to hold their peace, May my eye be single on Your word alone
