KNOW THAT GOD IS

May 17.                  Psalm ch 61-63

KNOW THAT GOD EXISTS.

Then Moses said, “I pray You, show me Your glory!” And He said, “I Myself will make all My goodness pass before you, and will proclaim the name of the Lord before you; and I will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and will show compassion on whom I will show compassion.” But He said, “You cannot see My face, for no man can see Me and live!” Then the Lord said, “Behold, there is a place by Me, and you shall stand there on the rock; and it will come about, while My glory is passing by, that I will put you in the cleft of the rock and cover you with My hand until I have passed by. Then I will take My hand away and you shall see My back, but My face shall not be seen.”

GOOD DAY. In my quest to know God, I have read many presentations about who God is and whether He exists at all. I found this passàge to imprint a picture in me that makes me know that God Exists. You cannot see Him, He exists in each of us yet He exists in His whole right and Essence outside His creation at the same time. God is awesome and a deep appreciation that He exists will make man revere Him. You cannot also benefit fully from Him in season and out of season if you don't appreciate He exists deep in your being and essence. Today, we will look at God who Is again. 

Looking at God who is out of you alone will not answer your questions fully nor will  looking at Him as just in you answer your quest. Looking at Him as both (in and out of you) will make relating with Him more pleasurable and it will answer the foundational question that can then grow as you relate with Him as God within and without. 

PRAY: Dear Lord, show me Your ways that I may know You and walk with You.
