HOW DID YOUR DINNER TASTE?

HOW DID YOUR DINNER TASTE
For the ear tests words As the palate tastes food. Let us choose for ourselves what is right; Let us know among ourselves what is good.
Job 34:3-4 NASB1995
GOOD DAY. How was your dinner last night? I didn't enjoy mine at all. I had moinmoin that I had kept in the freezer for one week. I brought it out in the afternoon and warmed it in the microwave at dinner time. It had lost some taste coupled with the fact that the beans weren't ground smooth. Anyway, I forced myself to eat it despite knowing it would upset my tummy which it did. There are foods with tastes I love which I can no longer take for they are not good for my health. Pepsi was my favorite drink but my taste rejected it when it was giving me too much stomach upset. You too can write your story of foods good to your taste, how you enjoy them and the ones you will not dare taste at all. With the mouth, you taste whether food has enough salt or too much spice etc. Just as your mouth is in nature, so is your ear in the spirit. We are perfect at using the mouth to taste food but not the ear to test or 'taste' words. What feelings or emotions do the words that you hear arouse in you? Is the feeling good or bad? Remember Jesus said the thing that defiles a person is what comes out of the mouth. Matthew 5:18.
PRAY: Dear Lord, let the words of my mouth be such that will build and not tear others down in Jesus name.
