IMAGINATION EVIDENCE OF FAITH

“Now faith is the assurance (title deed, confirmation) of things hoped for (divinely guaranteed), and the evidence of things not seen [the conviction of their reality—faith comprehends as fact what cannot be experienced by the physical senses].” ‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭11‬:‭1‬ ‭AMP‬‬

GOOD DAY. For years, I have struggled to understand faith so if you are struggling with the principle too, you are not alone. I have sat under the teaching of many faith teachers especially regarding money and healing. I was taught to demonstrate my faith by giving. I gave till it hurt as we were instructed and nothing really happened. We were taught as for healing to demonstrate our faith by not taking medication. I am lucky I did not die while following that teaching. Now let us look at the practical meaning of faith.

From Hebrews 11:6 in the Amplified version, it says “faith comprehends as fact what cannot be experienced by physical senses.” The only way to see what cannot be seen or experienced by physical senses is through imagination. I learned how to form potent imagination through research into books of old Christian authors. We do practice hit or miss at least I know I used to do but I am learning and practicing potent imagination from church leaders who fed children in orphanages from nothing healed their relations and others yet had their share of trials of faith. We can learn together.

Imagination is a journey in time to when our wish or desire is fulfilled and then feel and play a part in a predetermined scene of the event. This means you see your desire alive in the Spirit and feel and do in the Spirit what you will be doing were it real to the senses in the objective world. Write down what you want to achieve and create a scene where your desire is fulfilled. Then in your imagination, play your part in the scene, feel how you will feel, in short, day dream. Stay in the dream and feel it for as long and as often as you can until it becomes objectified. Imagination and feeling are the point of contact for creative forces to work with. That is the evidence of things not seen. Nobody sees your imagination but it is vivid like real to you in your mind. You go in time to when it is fulfilled and you feel it and enjoy it then be back from your dream to the real world now with thanksgiving. That is how far I have learnt that has worked for me so far. It has given me joy, peace and patience. I know that what I have asked for and imagined to the point of feeling it will happen. I give God all the thanks while continuing to see and feel in my imagination what it will be in reality .
